Gear Usage Statistics App

New app mod for Assetto Corsa adds an app named "Gear Usage Statistics App". This Python-based app tracks and displays the percentage of time each gear is used in real-time during a lap or session. It provides statistics for the current lap and the average gear usage across the session.
