New apps mod for Assetto Corsa adds an app named "Ghost Car-Collisions". This app disables AI car collisions in offline races. It automatically ghosts AI opponents based on speed, wheel offtrack, or direction changes. It includes a grace time before re-enabling collisions. It sends heavily damaged cars to the pits. It remains active even after closing the window.
