Offline Hotlap Leaderboard

New app mod for Assetto Corsa adds an app named "Offline Hotlap Leaderboard". Inspired by Trackmania, this app creates a simulated leaderboard for offline hotlapping sessions, complete with medal targets and fake drivers.
