New apps mod for Assetto Corsa adds an app named "Rolling Start – Yellow Flags – Full Course Yellow". This app enables rolling starts in offline races against AI. It features a formation lap at limited speed, starting the race when cars reach the final sector. It introduces sector-based yellow flags during incidents, where overtaking is prohibited and speed is restricted. It also includes a Full Course Yellow system that limits all cars to 80 km/h during major incidents.
