This Honda Civic EG6 was driven by Shouji Shingo from the Night Kids team in the Initial D anime. The car is closer to stock than most of the opponents of the main character, Takumi Fujiwara, however its lightweightedness and size make it a tough contender on Akina pass. Its small wheelbase helps it manouver through the corners with little to no effort, therefore making it the perfect car to use in a Gum-tape Death Match, where the right hand of both drivers in the race is taped to the steering wheel, allowing a maximum of half a turn of the steering wheel.
